Enterprise Development Corporation is a not for profit organization that was formed in 1983, to administer the Small Business Administration 504 loan program in Central Missouri . Our goal is to increase the level of economic development in the areas we serve by continuing to provide a high level of service to those programs we currently administer.

SBA 504 Loan Program
The SBA 504 loan program provides long term, fixed rate financing for the purchase real estate and capital assets. Enterprise Development currently have a $20MM portfolio and have helped create nearly 3500 jobs in the last 20 years. SBA Microloan Program
Enterprise also administers Small Business Administration's Microloan Program for the counties of Boone, Callaway and Cooper. The Microloan Program provides short term, fixed rate financing, up to $25,000, for small businesses. To learn more about our Microloan Program, click here.

Home Ownership Assistance Program
Enterprise also administers the City of Columbia 's Home Ownership Assistance Program, which provides qualifying first time home buyers with a $3,500 grant to assist with down payment and closing costs. Affordable Housing Program
Enterprise also administers the Columbia Community Development Corporation's Affordable Housing Program, which builds new homes in the older neighborhoods of central Columbia , for low-to moderate-income families. For more information click here.
