Thank you to Zimmer Radio Group and KBIA for the opporunity to talk about Enterprise Development Corporation and the Small Business Administration 504 loan program, live on the air on Tuesday, January 29th.  The SBA 504 loan program does provide the best possible financing structure for businesses that are ready to buy or build a building or expand their current building.  I hope that someone that has a business was listening that day, or perhaps someone who knows someone, and that we may have the privilege of helping another business find a home, and financing that includes a low, fixed interest rate!

Enterprise Development was featured in an article by the Columbia Tribune on 12/15/12.  Click here for the full article: http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/2012/dec/15/sb_enterprise121512/.  Besides featuring a couple of our recent businesses that have benefited from the SBA 504 loan program, the article also announced a changing of the guard at Enterprise.  As of January 1st, Donna Hamilton will be the acting Executive Director of Enterprise Development Corporation.  Donna has been with Enterprise for 19 years as Associate Director.  There will be a period of transition for the month of January, where Michael Crist will remain at Enterprise and then in February, will go sailing on to plunder in other oceans.
