As an additional service to our regional lenders, Enterprise Development Corporation is now offering to package 7a loan applications. 

4 Easy Steps:
1. Print and complete the Application form.  This information will allow us to complete the actual 7a loan application.
2. Open and complete the Projections Worksheet.  For your borrower's convenience, we have included this Excel spreadsheet for their projection computations. 
3. Print and complete the Environmental Questionnaire.  This form should be completed by the lender and the borrower.
4. Submit all of the above listed information to Enterprise Development Corporation at 910 E Broadway, Ste 201, Columbia MO 65201, along with the fee payment of $1750.00. 

Once Enterprise receives all of the information required, we will complete the borrower's application, along with the lender's application and provide four copies of the loan package to be distributed as follows: one to the Borrower, one to the lender, one to Small Business Administration and one for our files.  The lender will have the borrower sign the application and submit it to: Small Business Administration, Black Gold Blvd, Hazard KY 41701.  Once Small Business Administration receives the loan application, they generally have an answer back to the lender in  5-7 business days.
