SBA 504 Loan Program Introduction

Small businesses often encounter difficulties finding long term, fixed rate financing for expansions, renovations or acquisitions of real estate and major equipment. Recognizing this, the Small Business Administration offers the 504 Loan Program as an additional source of financing to the small business owner. The 504 Loan Program is an economic development tool designed to stimulate the economy within a community and create jobs by promoting the growth and expansion of small businesses. Enterprise Development Corporation, a Certified Development Company ("CDC"), administers the 504 Loan Program in the central region of Missouri.
